Exchanges

  • Exchanges and returns are only allowed in the following unlikely cases :
  • Packets that have live or dead weevils or where the product has gone bad at the time of delivery.
  • Packets that are torn or not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
  • Products have expired or gone bad by the time of delivery.
  • Proof of bill and original packaging must be provided at the time of exchange. Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return.


Cancellation
An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been dispatched by us. If request for cancellation is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
“Ruvi Sri reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to,the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.”


Returns

  • We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. That is unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If your return is accepted, our delivery partners will collect package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.”


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately to inform us that the item is defective, damaged or that you receive the wrong item. After which, we will evaluate the issue and start the return process.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like batters, chutneys and other perishable items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund and may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
